The event will feature the participation of one of our Atlantic Sunset associated partners, the Institute of Heritage Sciences, INCIPIT – CSIC.
One day before, on July 16th, at 9:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Vigo City Hall, Eduardo Ojero Pascual, retired from the European Space Agency (ESA), will give a lecture titled “Discovering the Empire of the Sun.”
This event has been created with the aim of establishing a meeting space for the Galician scientific community working in the fields of astronomy and astrophysics, both within Galicia and beyond.

Aware of the importance of outreach and open access, the congress will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join and follow the sessions online.

Registered participants will receive an email, prior to the start of the congress, with the access link and corresponding password, allowing them to follow the talks live. Please note that online access to the congress is limited and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
